Terms & Exchange Policy
Welcome to Pullingoo Men's Wear. Here are the simple and important terms regarding our fits, size exchanges, and in-store pickups.
Important: Exchange Only — Strictly No Returns / Refunds
We operate on an Exchange-Only policy. We do not provide cash or monetary refunds. If you have an issue with size or fit, we are glad to help you exchange it for another size or style as detailed below.
1. Exchange Guidelines (2 - 3 Days)
Easy size adjustment window
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 2 to 3 days of purchasing or collecting your item.
- Condition: The garment must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all brand tags intact.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability in our current drops. If the exact design is sold out in your desired size, you may choose any other fit of equal value.
- Exclusions: Items damaged through wear, tear, or improper washing cannot be exchanged.
2. Catalog Drops & Stock
Limited collections move quickly
Styles and prices featured on this website showcase the active collections curated at our Tirupattur store. Due to high demand, popular drops can sell out quickly. We strive to update the online stock status in real time.
3. Curated Sizes: M, L, XL Exclusive
Standard men's sizing
Our menswear drops are tailored exclusively in standard sizes: M (Medium), L (Large), and XL (Extra Large). Each product details page lists the recommended size specs and fabric blends (poly-cotton, textured knits, stretch denim).
4. WhatsApp Holds & Pickup
Reserve online, pickup in person
Clicking "Order on WhatsApp" or "Buy in Store" sends a pre-filled reservation message with the item name, price, and sizes directly to our store team.
We will hold your fit for in-store pickup at our Tirupattur flagship showroom (VCM Street, Near Bus Stand). Please coordinate your pickup timing with our team via chat.
5. Pricing & In-Store Payment
Straightforward pricing in INR
All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments for reserved fits are settled directly at the store during pickup via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, UPI, cash, or credit/debit card.
